Delivery availability and charges

We serve Australian customers and offer international delivery for eligible products and destinations. Availability and shipping charges depend on your items and delivery address. Check the delivery options and total charge at checkout before placing your order. If no option is available, contact support@spearheadscripture.com.au before ordering.

Products may be fulfilled from different locations, including overseas. A fulfilment centre in your country does not mean every product is produced or dispatched there.

Made-to-order items and separate parcels

Some products are made to order; others are dispatched by our suppliers or from stock we hold. Made-to-order items need production time before dispatch. Carrier transit time is separate from production and processing time.

An order containing different products may arrive in separate parcels, on different dates. Shipping charges for those parcels can combine at checkout. A free-shipping offer for one delivery group may not apply to the whole order; review the final shipping charge before paying.

Delivery estimates vary by product, provider and destination. An express shipping option does not, by itself, shorten production time. If you need an item for a particular date, contact us before ordering so we can check the relevant product and delivery service.

Free local delivery

We offer free local delivery throughout postcodes 6330 and 6324 in Western Australia, within 1–3 business days, for items held in our local stock. All items in a local-delivery order must qualify and be available from our local stock location.

Made-to-order and supplier-shipped items need a separate shipping order. Local delivery is shown at checkout when the items and address qualify.

International orders

International availability is product- and destination-specific. Customs processing can affect delivery times. Import duties or taxes may apply; check the information shown at checkout and your destination's import requirements. Contact us before ordering if the treatment of these charges is unclear.

Help with a delivery

Check your delivery address carefully before payment. If you notice an error, or your parcel is late, missing, damaged or incorrect, email support@spearheadscripture.com.au with your order number. We will help investigate and arrange any remedy required under applicable consumer law.
