Terms of service
Last updated: 11 October 2026
These terms apply to shopping with Spearhead Scripture at www.spearheadscripture.com.au. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the seller operating the Spearhead Scripture store. For questions about these terms or an order, email support@spearheadscripture.com.au. Postal correspondence: Spearhead Scripture, PO Box 998, ALBANY DC WA 6331, Australia. Please contact us for return instructions before posting goods to any address.
1. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Customers outside Australia retain any mandatory rights that apply to their purchase. These rights take priority over any inconsistent statement in these terms or our other store policies.
2. Using the store and placing an order
Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and check the product, size, colour, quantity and address before paying. You must be authorised to use the payment method provided. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should place the order for you.
Keep any account login details secure. Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorised access or interference with its operation.
3. Products and availability
Our range includes made-to-order products, supplier-shipped products and items we hold in stock. Product descriptions, selected options and photos should be read together. Screen settings can affect how colours appear; this does not limit your rights if an item is faulty, incorrect or materially different from its description.
Availability depends on the product, variant, fulfilment partner and destination. Not every product is available in every country. If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you promptly. We will not replace it with a materially different item without your agreement. If we cannot supply it and you do not agree to an alternative, we will refund the amount paid for the unavailable item and any associated delivery charge that is no longer payable.
4. Prices, payment and errors
Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the store. For Australian shopping, prices are in Australian dollars. Review the final product price, discounts, shipping and any applicable taxes displayed at checkout before payment. Your bank or payment provider may charge currency-conversion or other fees under its own terms.
An order acknowledgement is not proof that payment has cleared. We require successful payment before releasing an order for fulfilment.
We may change prices for future purchases. We will not increase the agreed price of an order you have already paid for without your agreement. If an obvious pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you promptly to explain it and offer a reasonable resolution. We will not charge an additional amount without your consent; if the order cannot proceed, we will refund the affected payment.
5. Production, shipping and local delivery
Made-to-order items need production time before dispatch. Production and processing time are separate from carrier transit time; express postage does not automatically speed up production. Items from different fulfilment partners may arrive in separate parcels on different dates, and their shipping charges may combine at checkout.
Free local delivery is available throughout Western Australian postcodes 6330 and 6324 within 1–3 business days for qualifying items physically held in our local stock. All items in a local-delivery order must qualify. Made-to-order and supplier-shipped items require a separate shipping order.
International delivery is available only for eligible products and destinations. Customs processing and import charges may apply. If the treatment of import duties or taxes is unclear at checkout, contact us before ordering.
Delivery estimates vary by product and destination. If an order is late, missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can investigate and arrange any remedy required by law. Our use of fulfilment partners or carriers does not remove our responsibilities to you. See our shipping policy for further delivery information.
6. Changes, cancellations and returns
Contact us promptly if you need to change an address, size or other order detail, or cancel an order. We will check what is possible. A voluntary change or cancellation may not be possible after production or dispatch has begun; this does not affect any cancellation or other remedy you are entitled to by law.
We assess voluntary change-of-mind and wrong-size requests individually. Approval is not guaranteed. Where we can accommodate a request, we will explain the conditions and any agreed postage costs before you proceed.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are handled separately under applicable consumer rights. For Australian customers, a major failure can entitle you to choose a refund or replacement; other remedies may also apply. Contact us rather than being required to resolve the issue with a supplier. See our return and refund policy for the process.
7. Store content and third-party services
Our original artwork, logos, photos and written content are protected by the rights of their owners. You may browse and share links to the store, but must not reproduce protected content commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder. This does not claim ownership of public-domain material or limit uses permitted by law.
The store is hosted by Shopify and uses payment, fulfilment and delivery services. Links to external websites may have their own terms and privacy practices. This does not reduce our responsibilities for purchases from our store.
8. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Please do not email payment-card details, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.
9. Questions, complaints and applicable law
Email support@spearheadscripture.com.au with your order number or other proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will review your concern and work with you on an appropriate resolution. Contacting us does not prevent you from exercising your rights or seeking help from a consumer-protection authority or court.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, subject to any mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply to your purchase. They do not require you to give up access to a court or tribunal available to you under applicable law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future purchases and will show the revised date here. The terms applicable when you place an order continue to govern that order unless you agree to a change or the law requires otherwise.
